The sports for the individuals with infirmities are not only joy, amusement, and exercise, but a process laborious and long-lasting, that contributes in the re-establishment, but mainly in the independence of individual and his rehabilitation in the society. This place ratifies also the statement in the Treaty of Nice of 2000, that it reports:

In all the spectrum of "infirmities", that is to say in the kinetic infirmities, the sentimental disturbances, the intellectual delay and in the ajscitirjake's disturbances (blindness, deafness), the kinetic activity serves a lot of aims. Beyond and above the improvement of dexterities of self-service and the independent existence, the growth the kinetic and natural faculties, the learning of athletic dexterities, and the alleviation of consequences of infirmity, the person with special needs through the natural activity acquires profits that concern his socialization and his equivalent attendance in social activities.

Through the attendance in individual but also common natural activities the individual with infirmity structures the self-confidence - particularly when these activities lead to the achievement of their objectives - strengthens their dexterities for interpersonal relations, it enriches the persons life with activities that helping to include themselves in teams able-bodied and it teaches them to manage the stress that arises through feelings of insufficiency and low self esteem, provided that it recognizes their situation and acts with a view to improvement in them.
